Helge KaulBeing an artist on the experimental Swiss label EndTitles, Helge Kaul (aka Oblique Noir)is exploring musical crosstalks – between digital rigour and analogue aesthetics, between live performance and reproductive synthesis. Having a classical music background and a long-time experience with modular synthesizers and music electronics, he is strongly interested in the convergence of the groundbreaking and the well-tried. Recently, he was studying at the University for Music and Theater in Hamburg and certified in new compositional techniques.
